In a webinar I recently moderated with legal experts on the employer impacts of Covid-19, we discussed important pandemic-related challenges that employers face, even though OSHA’s emergency temporary standard (ETS) is gone and Covid cases are plunging. Anti-discrimination and state laws, the return to office, employee civility, and the forthcoming permanent OSHA vaccine-or-test rule all remain important considerations for employers as they move forward.
