ANALYSIS: Employment Litigators Poised to Shape Post-Dobbs World

After the Supreme Court’s decision to reverse Roe v. Wade flipped the country’s abortion debate upside-down, employment and benefits litigators will necessarily play a large part in shaping the future of abortion law.

In a recent Bloomberg Law webinar, panelists spotlighted the most likely legal problems facing employers, including litigation related to interstate enforcement, federal preemption, discrimination, privacy, and disability benefits. Anticipating an influx of abortion-related litigation, the panelists encouraged employer representatives to get involved.
