President Donald Trump began his second term with a flurry of executive orders, two of which focus exclusively on Trump’s new policies concerning diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). Those two executive orders have been the subject of 16 court challenges in the eight weeks since they were issued, and the outcomes of those cases are still far from certain.
