Greenberg Traurig Hires Monica Diddell as Corporate Shareholder

Monica Diddell joined Greenberg Traurig as a shareholder in its corporate practice in Minneapolis, the firm announced Monday.

Diddell provides advice to public and private companies, private equity firms, and their portfolio companies. She focuses on managing complex asset and stock acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, and minority investments. Diddell also handles and negotiates complex commercial agreements, the firm said.
