DWT Grabs Kwan Park as Employment Partner From Morrison Foerster

Kwan Park joined Davis Wright Tremaine as a partner in its employment services team in San Francisco, the firm announced Monday.

Park’s practice focuses on litigating complex labor and employment issues, including defending clients against putative class, collective, and representative wage-and-hour actions, including those under the California Private Attorneys General Act. He represents employers in energy, financial services, health care, retail, supply chain, and technology, the firm said.

He joins from Morrison Foerster.
