Zest, VO5’s Bankruptcy Estate Gets Go-Ahead to Wind Down

The company that once sold Zest brand soap and Alberto VO5 Shampoo is wrapping up its Chapter 11 bankruptcy with a final wind down liquidation.

Judge Brendan L. Shannon of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware on Tuesday approved the Chapter 11 liquidation plan of HRB Winddown Inc., the bankruptcy estate for the company formerly known as High Ridge Brands Co.
