Zayo Raising $1.5 Billion in Second ABS Deal Since January

Zayo Group Holdings Inc. plans to issue $1.5 billion in bonds backed by fiber-network infrastructure and customer contracts in what would be its second such deal this year, according to people familiar with the matter.

The fiber-network company is working with Barclays and expects to finalize the transaction late next week, said the people, who asked not to be identified discussing a private matter. Other banks are also helping with the deal, they added.

Representatives for Zayo and Barclays declined to comment.
