YPF’s CEO Marin: Argentina to Be Energy Export Country in 2031

YPF CEO Horacio Marin said at event Argentina will be “an energy exporting country in 2031, generating $30 billion”, according to a post on the company’s X account on Wednesday.

• Regarding the LNG project he said that they already have the incentive regime for large investments (RIGI) and that they need to go out and “look for buyers”
• Marin confirmed YPF is accelerating its activity in Vaca Muerta with 14 active drilling rigs
  • Company focusing on construction of Vaca Muerta south pipeline that will ease crude oil transportation
