YPF CFO Barroetaveña Resigns, Office Split Into Two Roles

YPF says its board agreed to split the vice presidency for finance into two roles as CFO Federico Barroetaveña resigned for personal reasons, according to a filing.

• Management changes effective Aug. 19
  • Vice presidency of finances to be headed by Pedro Kearney
  • Vice presidency of administration and reporting will be led by Juan José Mata
  • Interim Chief Audit Officer will be Ariel Polotnianka
