YPF Names Pedro Kearney as Interim CFO

YPF appointed Pedro Kearney as interim CFO, the company said in a filing Wednesday.

• Kearney will replace Alejandro Lew, who will leave the post starting Dec. 1, the company said
• Kearney will remain in office until the final appointment to the CFO position is made, the company said
