YPF Energia Electrica Approves to Sell Up to $100M in Notes

The Board of Directors of YPF Energia Electrica approved to sell up to $100 millions in notes, the company said in a filing Thursday.

• The notes are part of a $1.5b program
• The notes may be issued in one or more tranches, the company said
