Board accepted the resignations submitted by Horacio Oscar Forchiassin, Jimena Hebe Latorre and Nicolas Jose Posse in a meeting on July 4, according to a statement from YPF.
- All three resigned for personal reasons, YPF said
- They are being replaced by Marilina José Jaramillo, César Rodolfo Biffi and Guillermo Alberto Francos
- Francos was nominated to the position by the Argentine government
