Former trucking giant Yellow Corp. and a group of pension funds argued over whether a bankruptcy court is the proper venue to resolve nearly $5 billion in liability claims.
Judge Craig T. Goldblatt of the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware said on Wednesday that he needs time to “think hard and look at the facts and circumstances” before making a ruling, but plans to do so soon.
