Windstream to Retain Exclusivity in Ch. 11 Through April Hearing

Windstream Holdings Inc. will be granted an extension on retaining exclusive control of its bankruptcy process until the day after a to-be-scheduled omnibus hearing in April, according to a ruling in court.

  • Judge Robert Drain denied a motion filed by Windstream to be granted an extension on its exclusivity through May 31, amid objections from various stakeholders seeking shorter extensions.
