Law firms involved in the Boy Scouts of America bankruptcy are entitled to some $3.3 million in fees challenged by a Justice Department watchdog, a Delaware judge ruled.

White & Case LLP, Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones LLP, and several other law firms can collect the remainder of legal payments charged to the Boy Scouts over the course of the organization’s multiyear Chapter 11 case, Judge Laurie Selber Silverstein of the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware said in an Aug. 15 ruling.
