WFS Bondholder Group Pushes Back on Air Cargo Firm’s Buyback Bid

A group of Worldwide Flight Services bondholders is banding together to push for better terms on an offer by the air cargo handler to buy back its notes.

Lawyers at Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP are coordinating a group of investors across the bonds due 2027 with plans to negotiate with the Paris-based company, said people familiar with the matter, who asked not to be identified because the talks are private. The group being set up includes holders of more than 50% of the notes WFS is offering to redeem early, the people said.
