The European semiconductor sector could be in focus on Wednesday after US firm Wolfspeed plummeted in extended trading following a Wall Street Journal report that the chipmaker is preparing to file for bankruptcy.
- German-listed Aixtron is a supplier to Wolfspeed, according to data compiled by Bloomberg, and its shares have been
