A social media content creator who owes a nearly $4 million defamation judgment to Cardi B won court approval of a bankruptcy plan that provides the Grammy-winning rapper a reduced amount for now.
YouTube entertainment blogger Latasha Transrina Kebe will pay Cardi B, whose legal name is Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, nearly $1.2 million over five years, according to a Chapter 11 plan approved Monday by Judge Paul G. Hyman of the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Florida.
Kebe also agreed to not make derogatory or disparaging statements about the rapper and her family in any public form. ...
