Vervent Named Successor Servicer Following Tricolor Bankruptcy

Vervent confirmed it’s been authorized to step in as a successor servicer following Tricolor’s Chapter 7 bankruptcy filing.

• Vervent has been given authority to assume servicing for the majority of Tricolor’s approximate 100,000 subprime auto loans
• NOTE: Vervent Set to Take Over Servicing Tricolor’s Auto Loans (1)
  • Tricolor Trustee Targets 100,000 Auto Loans Stuck in Limbo (1)
