Venezuela’s PDVSA, A&B Oil and Gas Start Petrororaima Operations

Petroleos de Venezuela and local company A&B Oil and Gas started joint operations at the Petrolera Roraima venture, which was previously run by PDVSA with ConocoPhillips as Petrozuata, the state-owned oil producer said in a statement.

• Venture will extract extra-heavy crude from fields in Anzoategui state and use the upgrader at Jose Antonio Anzoategui petrochemical complex to obtain synthetic crude, natural gas, petcoke and sulphur: PDVSA
