Venezuela’s Cardon Refinery Restarts After Blackout: Reuters

Venezuela’s Cardon refinery, located at the nation’s main refining hub, restarted operations after a blackout hit the facility early this week, Reuters reports, citing two people it did not name with knowledge of the operations.

  • Two out of four distillation units were processing oil on Wednesday, while two related plants were also in service: Reuters
