Unifin Says Company Completed Shares Swap on May 15

Mexican equipment-leasing firm Unifin said it completed a shares swap on May 15, according to a company filing Tuesday.

• Unifin said it exchanged securities and positions of stock certificates UNIFIN 00422 for shares representing the capital stock of the company
• Unifin may also be entitled to receive a certain amount in cash through a management trust
