The bankruptcy trustee for defunct law firm Coudert Brothers may still have claims against law firms that took in lawyers and clients from Coudert, the Second Circuit said Sept. 2 (Dev. Specialists, Inc. v. Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP (In re Coudert Bros. LLP), 2014 BL 242576, 2d Cir., 12-4916-bk (L), 9/2/14).
