Trucking Company Cold Carriers, Affiliates File Chapter 11

Refrigerated truck fleet operator Cold Carriers Logistics LLC filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy in Florida.

Seven other corporate entities affiliated Cold Carriers—including Sunco Trucking LLC, Interide Transport LC, and Gantt Trucking LLC—also filed for protection Sept. 27 in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Middle District of Florida.

The companies list assets and liabilities between $10 million and $50 million. They filed “bare bones” bankruptcy petitions and will have to disclose details about assets and creditors in the next few weeks.

The companies are represented by Shuker & Dorris P.A. in Orlando, Fla.
