Triax Capital Advisors LLC seeks court protection from creditors in New York, listing assets and liabilities of as much as $10 million each in its bankruptcy petition.

• Sarachek, when reached by phone, deferred questions to the firm’s outside bankruptcy counsel, who didn’t immediately return a call seeking comment
• The case is Triax Capital Advisors LLC, 19-24145-rdd, Southern District of New York (White Plains)
