Tokyo Gas says it will dissolve Tokyo Gas Australia and expects to book a 65b yen gain from reversal of forex translation adjustment.

  • Transferred related projects to Australian subsidiary of US-based EIG Global Energy Partners
  • Expects to complete deregistration in 2026
