Thrasio to Name Stephanie Fox CEO as Greg Greeley Resigns: CNBC

Thrasio’s chief operating officer Stephanie Fox will replace Greg Greeley as CEO, CNBC reports, citing an internal memo.

• CFO Josh Burke is also stepping down, along with the company’s technology chief, head of human relations, chief commercial officer and supply chain lead
• Executives will stay on to ensure a smooth transition and then “step down when Thrasio emerges from Chapter 11 in the coming weeks”, Greeley said in the memo: CNBC
