The bankrupt estate for Thomas Girardi reached a deal to sell the disbarred attorney’s Pasadena, California, mansion for at least $7.5 million as part of efforts to repay Girardi’s creditors.
Jun Tao and Peng Tao have agreed to purchase the 10,277 square foot, century-old home, Chapter 7 trustee Jason M. Rund said in a filing with the US Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. Any other interested parties can place higher bids at a court hearing scheduled for next month, Rund said in the Sept. 23 filing.
