A senior living facility in Texas filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy on Nov. 5, according to a filing to bondholders posted to the Municipal Security Rulemaking Board’s online repository dated Nov. 12.

  • Tarrant County Senior Living Center Inc. doing business as The Stayton at Museum Way commenced a chapter 11 case by filing a voluntary petition in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas
  • The facility sold two series of bonds in 2009 that have since gone into default
  • About $106m is current outstanding as of Nov. 13, according to data compiled by Bloomberg
