- Tarrant County Senior Living Center Inc. doing business as The Stayton at Museum Way commenced a chapter 11 case by filing a voluntary petition in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Texas
- The facility sold two series of
bonds in 2009 that have since gone into default - About $106m is current outstanding as of Nov. 13, according to data compiled by Bloomberg
