Terminated Progrexion Employees Get Bankruptcy Class Certified

Former employees of credit repair business Progrexion won class certification in a suit over their abrupt termination before the company filed for bankruptcy.

The terminated telemarketer employees need to revise certain specifications to properly identify class members, but have otherwise carried the burden to proceed as a collective group of plaintiffs, Judge Craig T. Goldblatt of the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware ruled Tuesday.
