Generic drug maker Teligent Inc. won bankruptcy court approval to sell its Canadian and U.S. assets in three separate transactions for a total of $87 million.
Following an auction held last week, the company received a winning bid of $14.4 million from PAI Holdings LLC—up from an initial offer of $7 million —for its abbreviated new drug applications for generic drug products.
