Telesat Advisers Plan for Private Talks as Debt Maturity Nears

Advisers to creditors of Telesat Corp. plan to sign non-disclosure agreements with the Canadian satellite company as the firm looks to tackle debt maturing next year, according to people with knowledge of the matter.

  • Telesat advisers PJT Partners Inc. and Kirkland & Ellis were expected to meet with creditor advisers on Tuesday to share diligence and engage with the group, said the people, who asked not to be identified discussing a private matter
