Telefonica del Peru Begins Restructuring Process

Telefonica del Peru SAA has begun a financial restructuring process, according to a statement from Peru’s Indecopi, the agency in charge of the procedure.

• Creditors have 30 business days to register their claims, it said
• Indecopi said Telefonica initially filed for a “preventative” restructuring but had since filed for an “ordinary” restructuring
