Spanish engineering firm Tecnicas Reunidas awarded a ~$440 million contract in the Vaca Muerta oil and gas field in Argentina.

  • Contract awarded by VMOS SA, a company partially owned by YPF SA
  • Contract is for engineering, procurement and construction management services, “under an EPCm type contract, for a hydrocarbon storage and dispatch terminal to be located in Punta Colorada” on the southern Argentine coast
  • Tecnicas Reunidas comments in regulatory filing Thursday
