Technip Energies Sees Potential US LNG Project Orders This Year

Technip Energies may get engineering and construction orders for the Lake Charles LNG and Commonwealth LNG projects in the US by year’s end or in 1Q 2026, CEO Arnaud Pieton said on a conference call.

  • Pieton sees “positive momentum” on these two projects after the US administration lifted a moratorium on new LNG export facilities
    • That could lead to orders, subject to final investment decisions from the project developers
