Tanure’s Braskem Bid Doesn’t Include Tender Offer: Valor

The offer made by Brazilian investor Nelson Tanure to acquire part of Novonor’s stake in Braskem does not include a tender offer for minority shareholders, according to a report from local newspaper Valor Economico citing sources close to the talks.
