Swissport Creditors Hire PJT, Latham for Debt Restructuring (1)

Creditors to Swissport International AG hired adviser PJT Partners Inc. and law firm Latham & Watkins to engage in talks with the airport ground services firm as it reviews its debt load in the aftermath of a sharp decline in air travel, according to people familiar with the matter.

The group of creditors includes the company’s secured lenders and secured bondholders, said the people, who asked not to be identified because it’s private. The move follows the appointment by Swissport earlier last week of Houlihan Lokey Inc. and White & Case to review its $1.6 billion debt pile.
