Swissport Fuelling Files for Chapter 15 Bankruptcy in Delaware

Swissport Fuelling Ltd. filed for Chapter 15 protection from creditors on Tuesday as part of a previously announced restructuring in the U.K.

• Chapter 15 bankruptcy allows firms to protect their U.S. assets from litigation while they work out a restructuring in another country
