SVB Financial Group Says CEO Greg Becker, CFO Dan Beck Resigned

SVB Financial Group said Chief Financial Officer Daniel Beck and Chief Executive Officer Gregory Becker both resigned earlier this week.

• Becker to provide consulting services on an as-needed basis at no cost
• Named Nicholas Grossi of Alvarez & Marsal as interim CFO
