Streaming Sports Platform Venu to Launch in August, FOS Reports

Venu Sports, a streaming platform jointly developed by Walt Disney Co., Fox Corp. and Warner Bros Discovery Inc., will launch by the end of August, the Front Office Sports reported Saturday citing a person close to venture.

The platform, which will provide access to live sports events from several major leagues, including the National Football League and the National Basketball Association, will compete with other services including ESPN+ and FuboTV. It previously said it will launch in the fall.
