New York-based Stonepeak would pay $22.50 a share for ATSG, Reuters said, citing unidentified people familiar with the matter. That would represent a 29% premium to its closing price on Nov. 1.
The deal could be announced as soon as Monday if the talks conclude successfully, the people told Reuters.
Stonepeak and ATSG didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment from Reuters or from Bloomberg News.
