Christopher Lopez said Wednesday he’d approve the transactions over the objection of Steward’s lenders, which said the company was unloading the hospitals without receiving monetary consideration- Steward said in court papers that the company won’t receive “net proceeds” from the sales, however, the deals will allow the hospitals to continue operating
