Stem Inc. plans to cut about 27% of its global full-time workforce to prioritize investments in software and reduce operating costs.

  • Total cash expenditures associated with job cuts will be approximately $6m to $6.5m
    • Company expects to incur these expenses primarily in 2Q
  • Company estimates partial year 2025 savings to be about $24m
    • 2026 savings estimated at about $30m
