Spirit Airlines CEO Ted Christie is stepping down from the company and the board effective April 7.
- On interim basis, an Office of the President has been formed to lead the company until a new CEO is appointed
- Office consists of CFO Fred Cromer, COO John Bendoraitis and General Counsel Thomas Canfield
- Company in process of appointing permanent replacement
- In addition, Chief Commercial Officer Matt Klein to step down
- To be succeeded by Rana Ghosh effective immediately
