Spain’s Telefonica Sells Peru Unit to Integra Tec International

Telefonica sold its 99.3% stake in Telefonica Peru to Integra Tec for 3.7 million soles ($992,000), it said in a statement.

• Integra will launch a public offer for the remaining 0.7% of Telefonica Peru shares.
• The sale includes the credit facility that Telefonica Hispanoamerica offered to the Peruvian unit last month
