Sonder to Complete Immediate Wind-Down of Operations

Sonder Holdings will immediately wind down operations and plans to file for Chapter 7 liquidation in the US after Marriott International terminated its licensing agreement with the hospitality firm.

  • Also intends to initiate insolvency proceedings in the international countries in which it operates
