Solar Mosaic LLC asked a bankruptcy court to extend a litigation pause to two financing and servicing providers facing at least 23 lawsuits over panel services and loan obligations.
The stay afforded to the residential solar loan provider as part of its Chapter 11 proceeding should also protect nonbankrupt Connexus Credit Union and Concord Servicing Corp. under contractual indemnification obligations, Solar Mosaic said in a Tuesday complaint in the US Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas.
