Solar Firm Lumio Ends Creditor Spat, Clearing Way to Liquidate

Lumio Holdings Inc., the bankrupt maker of residential solar panels, cut a deal with unsecured creditors that will pave the way to sell its main business and liquidate everything else, the company said in court Tuesday.
