Skymall Website and Other Assets Sell For $1.9 Million at Auction to C&A Marketing

The publisher of the SkyMall inflight shopping catalog got the green light to sell its website and other assets to C&A Marketing Inc. for $1.9 million (In re SkyMall LLC, Bankr. D. Ariz., 15-00679, sale approved 3/27/15).

A bankruptcy judge in Phoenix signed an order March 27 approving the sale to auction winner C&A. The purchase price consists of $1 million in cash plus a note for the remaining $900,000.

In addition to the website, purchased assets include specified intellectual property and inventory.
