Sizmek Seeks Court Nod to Sell Ad Unit Peer39 for $13 Million

Bankrupt advertising technology developer Sizmek Inc. will seek court approval later this month for a deal to sell its ad targeting business, Peer39, for $13 million.

Sizmek’s July 3 request for approval didn’t name the buyer. Sizmek and its attorneys didn’t immediately respond to requests for comment.

The U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York will hold a hearing on the deal on July 25. The deadline for objections is July 18.

Peer39 is Sizmek’s last remaining asset following the sales of Sizmek’s other businesses to Amazon.com Inc., Zeta Global Holdings Corp. and others. Amazon last month ...
